HOUSE RULES
The apartment is rented per day and must be left vacant by noon, unless the contract states otherwise.
If you stay in the apartment after 12:00, you will be charged our daily rate.
Please carry your valuables with you, as New Belgrade Apartments does not cover and will not be held responsible for any stolen belongings.
No pets are allowed in the apartments.
Guests are obligated to handle equipment with care. Any damage will be charged.
Guests are not allowed to make loud noise or disturb their neighbors in any way, especially between 2pm and 5pm, as well as between 10pm and 9am.
Visitors are allowed as long as they follow house rules.
In case of incompliance with these rules, New Belgrade Apartments reserves the right to break the terms of the use of the apartment and to declare guests as ”unwanted“.
From the phone in the apartment you can make unlimited local calls and receive any incoming calls. However, calls outside of Belgrade area are blocked as well as all the numbers that starts with 0.
